Apparently they lack the ability to answer there phone no matter the time of day you call.
We ordered a pack of 4 Bernzomatic Campfire starters through Amazon shipped direct from Hugo's for $68, a reasonable deal you would think, however only 1 was delivered- not 4. It cost us $35 to return the item in order to get our $68 back, not such a good deal after all. Do not use this company
They were very nice and it was lots of room for backing and lots of docks. Wasn’t what I expected had a great experience would definitely deliver here again
Seems like nobody respects drivers. I've been here all morning now, and they are at lunch guessing I'll be here the rest of the day. I'll be sending them a bill for wasting my day and losing my next pickup.
