This place is pretty badass. Definitely has a 'Dude' vibe to it. I got a haircut from Gio, dude was cool and professional and quick. No BS. I would 100% recommend him. I will be coming back.

Had about a dozen haircuts and all have been decent here. Had an early am appointment in Nov/2025 where the barber just didn’t show up. Was asked to come back for a later time and paid the same price. Recently had to cancel an online “any barber” appointment for a family reason and was still charged $7 cancelation. Just wasn’t happy with those experiences and chose not to return.

I’ve been to tons of barbershops, but Freddy Verdugo at Hugo’s West location is on another level! He’s hands down the best barber around. Every single haircut is top-notch, and Freddy always remembers our conversations, so every visit feels personal and welcoming. He’s super chill and makes you feel comfortable, no matter who you are. If you’re after a killer haircut or beard trim and an amazing experience, Freddy’s your guy! Highly recommend!
