Food is very good , everything was very tasty but service is ... :( Waitress is rude, unhappy with our visit . Without knowledge of menu - she can't explain dish .. Table been set up with out silverware Order taken, and delivery of food- with attitude As a customer I did not feel welcome there.

It might be unfair to give this establishment a 2-star review because the food was very tasty and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the experience we had with our waitress made our whole dining experience very unpleasant. She was rude and abrupt and made our party of 10 people feel like she was doing us a favor by serving us. When my friends' son asked for a set of silverware (because we only had 9 on the table) her response was "what, you don't have enough?" Hugo's, always keepin it real. I'm lucky enough to say I have enjoyed the great fish tacos TWICE during my visits to Fayetteville and their killer Pecan Pie! Also, to celebrate both my birthday and the joy of eating at such an iconic original Fayetteville establishment I can now carry Hugo's with me always with their awesome 40th Anniversary shirt!
