I asked for the metallic waves color and pointed to it as well. I was given just the plain shiny color option next to it and then when I asked why it’s not wavey at the end she said it’s a design. So why didn’t you clarify which one I wanted before just deciding I was going to get the plain shiny option instead of the wavey one I said I wanted AND pointed too. Usually I absolutely love this place but they hired a new girl and it was kind of annoying because she told me it cost $5 extra to shape my nail? This of course was after she had already done it and my nails were pretty much finished....I've never heard of such a thing and then instead of giving y A massage with lotion she did a quick rub with nothing ...it was really weird and uncomfortable....

I had my nails done at a different salon and was not happy at all with how my nails. I came in for a fill, Ni fixed the errors that I had from the other salon and made them look exactly how I wanted. The shop was very clean and everyone was very friendly and inviting. I called the day of and they were able to fit me in quickly. I will definitely be back.

I have been going here for years and they never disappoint. I get a gel pedi and its always flawless. Yesterday I changed it up and added a gel full set on my hands too and they were very accommodating especially since my appointment didn't originally include that! Thanks Hugo Nails!!
