Our experience with Hugo Kohl was amazing! After our wedding, I wanted to get my engagement band and wedding band fused together. Their price was reasonable and they finished the job within 24 hours, unlike most places that have to send your rings off for 1-2 weeks. After getting the rings back, we did notice that they were uneven and my half eternity band was rotated more to one side. We took it back and Hugo fixed it on the spot for no additional charge. Wonderful service overall!
I am highly disappointed by Hugo’s lack of respect for his neighborhood and local community. He consistently lets his dog defecate in our yard and in the nearby cemetery without cleaning it up. It is incredibly disrespectful to leave pet waste on private property and in a sacred resting place.
