My friends are living there and i have heard lot of good things about their site super/BR and his name is Buddy ( Don’t know the real name). Since I’m belonging from the same industry i know how hard it is to keep your tenants happy. No complaints all good. Hoping to see the visitors parking soon on the site. 😊
Lived here for a few years, charming clean older building, friendly staff, perfect location for schools and shopping, huge sized apartment.
Water is constantly shut off with no warning. Fire alarm is constantly going off for no reason. No proper security into the building other than lights that will shoot blue light into your apartment when trying to sleep. 1 laundry machine for 19 units and it's constantly broken. Someone has had tools stolen and there are theives who will rob your laundry and laundry card. Extremely poorly managed building. Do not live here unless you have no other option.
