Very thorough and patient.
I have been seeing Dr. Valdes since 2018. All of my visits have been pleasant ones with all of my concerns addressed with concern and compassion. Any questions or concerns I submit on the North Oaks MyChart are promptly answered. Dr. Valdes and his staff are tops!!

I left my appointment with Dr. Valdes feeling that he more than satisfactorily addressed each of my concerns. He was patient, professional and it is so apparent that he is a super smart doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Valdes to family and friends.

Dr Valdes is so great keeping me well! Everyone was wonderful! The only gripe is that I made appointment on Mychart and when I arrive I had no appointment! I had to comeback the next day??

Very timely and all participants were very professional and through. Dr Valdes took all the necessary time to throughly review my records not being my PCP who was not available to see me. He maid the necessary suggestions and scheduled the necessary test to get me caught up on my annual monitoring program.
