Unfortunately I had bad luck with Kelly Hugli, as for Kevin you may want to just deal with him. Reason being is, when I went to Kelly's listing to view the home, she had an appointment which was just leaving, and when these people were out the door and I was entering, Kelly went out of her way to mention how the people leaving were not qualified and something to the nature that they probably don't even have $5.00 in their pocket. Kelly Hugli is in my phone as Oaks Nice.... Referencing the community where she showed me houses, but more importantly, describing how very nice and caring this sweet woman is. Real Estate brokers sometimes get a bad rap.... This woman is trust worthy, delightful and a gentle hand- holder. Her husband Kevin is the negotiator -- quite a team. I highly recommend.
