The dealer was helpful, but the dealership does not have priorities straight and dealer said so himself. The car had some issues and was in the shop. I ask some questions on the price and the dealer stated he didn’t know if he could make a deal and they shouldn’t even have it available for purchase or on websites yet
This was a very small dealership in TN. I found the perfect yellow wrangler there! The owner was willing to let us take it to a mechanic to check it out. Great experience.
Guy was very nice and helpful. I just wish they did financing.
Dealer responded to inquiry very timely, which was very appreciative. Have not been able to make it to the dealership due to distance in miles.

Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful. A course in customer service and proper sales technique would most likely be unproductive. I may have made a mistake as an amateur car Buyer), and can learn. Ben Has over 30 years experience as a professional car salesman and still doesn't have it right. After several communications, it was obvious I WAS into the car. I should not have been reprimanded because he had a bad day. I have moved on. Ben is probably still there. Oh well. Good luck to all.

You have a right to your opinion and as far as an amateur car buyer youinformed me that you were buying cars when I was 7 years old , so that would not be a amateur. I'm honest with my customers and would like for them to be honest with me , which you were not . While wishing me luck you have printed a negative review that is not entirely true so you may need to know that asking for the cash price and then later presenting a trade won't help you in making a purchase .
