If I could give these cretins a negative score, I would. They surreptitiously raise homeowner association payments by driving around properties they manage, looking for minor infractions of their HOA Bylaws, such as a single weed growing in a flower bed, or better, ornamental grasses that they claim are "weeds." The homeowner then gets a letter claiming that this is a "Second Notice," and a fine of $50.00 is imposed. There is no "First Notice" given.
