I remember the following Monday after my accident- talking to the other insurance, my insurance- having to get up w/a very sore back to go downtown Nashville 'cause they wouldn't stop calling to get me to get the police report! Mad was an understatement!! Went to Hughes and Coleman- never had to deal w/anyone else(over the accident) again! Best move I could've ever made!

Hughes & Coleman seemed to look only for a quick payout and do not want to fight for a claim. They never once physically saw my mother who suffers from what is considered an Invisible Disease meaning you cannot see it like as if you were missing a limb for example. All they wanted her to do was go to the doctor monthly when the doctors have flat out told my mother that there is nothing they can do for her at this time.
