I am very frustrated by the complete lack of responsiveness. The techs are great once you actually can get a response and get on the schedule - but I'm not going to support a biz where it feels like I have to pull teeth to get someone to call back/respond/follow up. Hope you guys can improve!
I had Hughes Irrigation out to turn on my sprinkler system and make the necessary adjustments. There were no adjustments made and I just spoke with them trying to get them to come out a second time so I’m not watering the neighbors lawn and/or the street and they are refusing to schedule anybody in for a month. DO NOT USE!!!

Unreliable; technician breaks/incorrectly reprograms systems. Owner (Mike Hughes) is an arrogant SOB. Miraculously when they come to do a turn-on, if something needs repaired, they charge you a travel fee, even though they are already at your property to do the turn-on. ::smh:: Additionally, I told them I would be getting another company and would no longer require their services (and I told them why). Ironically, now they call me at least once, sometimes twice, every spring and fall.
Horrible, arrogant, won't own up to mistakes. I was out of town when their technician came, and in spite of the typewritten, clear instructions I had left with my tenant, the idiot tech decided to totally reprogram my sprinklers (I had asked him to turn it on and set the seasonal adjustment to 60%). He had no idea which numbered zones when where, so he used 2 zone numbers that were not assigned to any zone.
