Completely Awful The service department is very disrespectful and has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They lost my key and told me that I still had it, postponing when it would be ready by over a day. They did my first diagnostic fee wrong because they didn't even check why the SRS light was on. I brought it back in to get the diagnostic of the SRS light because they agreed over the phone to do it for free because they lost my key and then the service manager said he didn't recall agreeing to that. I made an appointment on 9-12-15 for my service maintenance. I went in for an oil change and remembered that the light over my tag was loose so I mentioned it. Stan Tydings was very nice and had no problem checking the light and getting it taking care of. He had the part ordered and informed me that they would call when it arrived. Thanks so much Stan for great customer service.

My current Honda is the 3rd car I've purchased from Hughes Honda. Although these cars run great and need little, every car needs maintenance--so I scheduled an appointment, received an email reminder, arrived at the scheduled time, and was promptly taken care of. I even got a courtesy to work. My work was done efficiently and ahead of when promised. I also received a phone call (that's so rare and refreshing) to let me know my car was ready! Hughes is the best!!
