I purchased a set of lifters from them, and they are extremely rude on the phone if you ask questions. They treat you like you are stupid. They appear to be annoyed to have to deal with you. I would never buy from them again for that reason alone. I called 3 times and it was total rudeness each time. The salesman told me that their HUG 5003 lifters would be quiet, so that's why I bought them. They are very noisy. Beware! Bought a set of stage 3 Edelbrock heads and Dave installed 3/8 locks on 11/32 valves. At 1056 mi it dropped a valve and destroyed my engine. It took several years because my car is a show car. All I asked Dave for was a new set of valves, retainers, and locks. I'm in my new motor over 12k as of now. He sent me one valve and a set of locks. Told me my motor had more mi on it because of the wear on the stems and some carbon build up. The wear was a direct result of his mistake.
