I was not going to share my experience about Dr Hugh Sims. I do however want to warn if you're a woman don't see this man. He's arrogant and lacks compassion and when he thinks he's right about your condition. If he tries I've now got proof he was not right I sought another opinion and went outside that practice to get the help I need. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS MAN HE'S NOT A GOOD DOCTOR. respectful, and short tempered. Immediately “diagnosed “ me without a single look into my ears, nose, or throat. Argued with me that I was imagining the way a particular nasal spray made me feel. Continued to argue his point when I said I disagreed and refused to give it up until I essentially gave in just to get out of there and said okay. I walked out so frustrated. One of my worst experiences with a Dr was with Dr Hugh Sims Ear Nose and Throat Dr appointment Med Center Health in Franklin was where my appointment was. Waited forever paid $35 copay had waited months for this appointment with my nose congested every few hours I had spent so much money on nose sprays and whatever else to try and fix. Finally get called back he asked what was going on I started to explain wasn’t in there 5 minutes and he tells me is nothing he can do until I quit using the nasal spray and I am to just deal ... read more

I will definety not be recommended to go back to be seen by him. He literally came in my room ask me what was going on i began to tell him. He looks at me and says "hold on a minute I have a busting headache I cant do three things with it" I never in my life had a doctor to do that. I felt very disrespected with that whole visit. Dont take your headache out on your patients.
