the staff is incompentent..i have issues with their office for a number of years...the billing is awful, they wanted to send my cleanings to the wrong insurance company for a year or so, husband went in for complete dentures, they did an estimate on wrong insurance..and complete wrong estimate...when making this appt i gave Haley the right ins, Amber wants to run it through another Ins company, they hand my husband the estimate and how could they get that estimate when that Ins was not even good since 3/31/23..his appt 6/23.... read more
Do not use this dentist. His office staff is incompetent, never answers the phone, return phone calls or get requested estimates to you. In January 2023 I had routine x rays taken as I needed a general cleaning, tooth extraction and implants. I only had the general xrays taken and just talked with the doctor. The insurance should have covered this completely, however I was charged $46 for this nothing visit. Even though I felt he overcharged me I paid this on March 7, 2023 via my Manvel bank. My wife is a new patient; I've accompanied her for moral support on a few visits I cannot express how personable and comforting Dr Patton is. He took time to explain his actions as well as the procedure itself, explaining each step, ensuring we both understood and were comfortable. One is treated like family here. We were not rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed. I've been completely impressed by my interactions with he and the staff. We have found our new home for dental treatment.
