I am new patient of Dr. Herrington. I had my first appointment for cleaning and dental health. The receptionist, dental hygienists, and Dr. Herrington are experts in customer service. During the evaluation they explained each step and answered any additional questions. My teeth feel great and we discussed steps to maintain my health. I highly recommend Dr Herrington to individuals living in Giles County, TN.

I only had a cleaning and Xrays so far but they are so kind and reassuring. I have had HORRIBLE dental experiences all my life and just getting in the door was a challenge but the staff and DDS Herrington were amazing. They take their time with you and explain any issues. (in my case there are MANY) My son gets to go today. Thankfully he doesn't have his mothers dental phobia!

Dr Herrington and staff are very friendly and helpful. The appointment was prompt and professional. I have follow up work scheduled that Cheryl and Jamie were able to get me in for one visit, instead of two. I thought that was thoughtful of them to try and keep my costs down. Thank you and I'll recommend Dr Herrington to anyone that asks, and to people that don't!
