He was on time and professional. We got a follow up email with information about the system And what was done.
Nelson was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to reduce the airflow of my relatively new HVAC system just a bit to reduce the noise during air conditioning. Unfortunately the airflow cannot be adjusted for the heating function, as that is a 2-stage unit (which I regret purchasing...the second stage with the higher airflow is noisy and I don't believe there is really much savings with the 2-stage unit).
