Mike was able to get me in same day! I told him I wasn’t quite sure if I could afford the service this month with my financial situation because I just barely had enough saved for it. He assured me it wouldn’t go over my limit, and he proactively checked if I had GM Rewards which I love using any chance I get! Mike was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and I’ve never called for a specific person for service, but I won’t hesitate to call Mike moving forward!
