We have had a 2016 Dodge Ram in their shop for 8 weeks now. The ignition key was sticking and they admit they stuck a screwdriver in the key receptical to try and move it in their shop. I little patience would have made a world of difference. They keep telling us that the key has to be laser cut in Germany and they have no control as to when it will be recieved. Promises for dates have been missed and now they wont return my call. During one of several conversations they also admitted that they have numerous U S postal service trucks with the same problem. So I think I know who is getting priority over us. Poor service, poor follow up, no offer to compensate me for weeks of no vehicle. No expected date given. Why not pull this item off one sitting on the lot ?

stay away Be for warned !! I arrived at Huffines at 0800 on Monday December 31, 2012 to buy a Jeep. I ask if the dealership would trade out my aftermarket wheels and tires from my old jeep to my new one and put the Rubicon’s tires on my wife’s 2011 stock jeep. The dealership agreed to this and we were off….. My wife and I came back later that afternoon and they swapped the tires and I was to come back later for a detail on the new jeep. The issue that popped up was that the TPM freq. changed between 2012 and 2013 that made the monitor not work on my new jeep and my wife’s jeep. I went back to huffiness the next day and set up an appointment for Friday @ 9:00 a.m. to have the issue addressed and have my jeep detailed. Arrived at Huffines @ 9:00 a.m. sharp and waited …… and waited… 3 hrs later the sales guy said that they need my wife’s jeep to do the swap. So I asked did they at least detail my jeep ---- NO they wanted to wait so they would not get the jeep dirty again------ how in the hell will swapping the tires dirty up the jeep again? So I made anther appointment for that afternoon @ 3:45 p.m. and the sales guy said we will have a demo gassed and ready------NOT !! I told him I had things to do and my wife had things to do !! So we leave our jeeps there at 4:00 p.m. ish and he said he would give me an update later that night …. Guess what no call !! So the NEXT morning at 10:30 I call and he says that they are still not done ……REALLY !!!! so I shower up and my wife and I go to the stealership @ 11:30 ish and my wife is able to get her jeep and I had to wait another 1 1/2 hrs for them to finish mine !!! the sales guy comes in says my jeep is ready I go to ownership of my brand new 2013 jeep rubicon unlimited and guess what ----- YOU GOT IT my 12 year old could have done a better job and detailing ---- I am disgusted and will never buy from huffiness again !! The dealership aka “stealership” stole three days of my time and the whole new car experience was [emailprotected]!p. Now my wife drove my new jeep and guess what ???? she likes the unlimited so do you think we are going to trade her 2011 jeep wrangler sport for another unlimited ---YES BUT NOT AT HUFFINES !!!!!!!!!
