We have had a 2016 Dodge Ram in their shop for 8 weeks now. The ignition key was sticking and they admit they stuck a screwdriver in the key receptical to try and move it in their shop. I little patience would have made a world of difference. They keep telling us that the key has to be laser cut in Germany and they have no control as to when it will be recieved.
