Absolutely caring and amazing staff!!! They have a pleasant and clean environment!!!
Office has gone down hill, I have been a patient with them for years. I called them to inform them I had dental pain and to see if it could be handled after my cleaning appointment. They put me on the books to see the dentist after my cleaning. So come to find out I needed a root canal and the dentist pretty much didnt want to do it that day even though I was in pain from that tooth, and was told if it was a simple filling she could have did it. To start, I've experienced the best dental appointments at this clinic. While the majority of my adult and childhood dental experiences have been quite traumatic, this office has changed my perspective. The environment as soon as you walk in creates a calming, gentle, and friendly environment. After years of improper up keep of my dental hygiene, they created a realistic care plan to get me back on track. After multiple complaints about my upper denture they done,I felt like my concerns were being brushed off and the dentist even passed of my concerns to her business office person to come in and talk to me about pay more to have another one done if I wasn't happy rather than try and work on the ones I have to get to would be more comfortable and more to my liking after I have paid my part.
