Chicken sandwich was extremely salty! It tasted like the entire container of salt was poured on it. Not to mention the wait was over two hours.

RecommendedWe sat out at one of the last available tables. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He made the dining experience very enjoyable. Ice cold beer served in a frosted glass, food was delicious especially the cornbread. Huey’s is the place to go.
Waited a hour and half to eat here. Asked the host when we will be seated and he said our table is almost ready. 5 mins later the host said that they can no longer seat us because of kitchen shortage but yet they sat two big tables just before that. Ask to speak with the manger or so called "owners daughter". She walked away mid conversation and was completely rude. Also wouldn't give us her name. I'm sure it's a great place to eat but due to the inconvenience and rude "daughter" I will not take my business there.
RecommendedMy parents and I dined at Huey’s tonight and we were very pleased with our food, service, and overall experience. With it being a weekend, we did have to wait for a table, but that was no problem as we enjoyed waiting at the riverside park across the street. Our server was very attentive and our food was delivered in a very timely manner and was very, very good. I definitely recommend Huey’s on the River! We will be back the next time we are in town.
RecommendedMy wife had pan seared scallops with parmesan grits and wilted spinach, and I had shrimp and scallops thermidor. Both dishes were AMAZING. We can't wait for a return visit.
