Let me say this, born in Louisiana and raised in GA, my parents cooked authentic Louisiana food every day of the week. I thought going here would be a treat. Their food is absolutely awful! NOTHING LIKE THE REAL DEAL AT ALL!! The gumbo is super thick and had no meat! That could’ve been an error in who ever made it. The red beans and rice were like hard beans and no flavor.
