This lively spot in the heart of River Street is located on the street level of the River Street Inn. A spirited bar is surrounded by a low-lit assortment of tables, opening up onto an extensive patio that lines the sidewalk for open air dining. Bayou cooking dominates the menu, with regional favorites from New Orleans such as beignets for breakfast, muffaletta sandwiches (or the veggie muffaletta) for lunch, and Pan-Fried Pork Chops for dinner. Don't miss the traditional red beans and rice, which comes with most entrees.

Prefect sunrise on the river and then a perfect breakfast at Huey's! perfect experience from beginning to end. I had the best Bloody Mary and the spinach and artichoke heart omelette. I will definitely try and go back to Huey's!
Food was good atmosphere good and people watching
They were very good about us sharing a meal.
The best place for brunch in the south
Maybe I'm a seafood snob being that I live right here in Savannah. Ordered shrimp and grits and immediately noticed the shrimp in my dish were frozen shrimp. When I asked if they were frozen, instead of "yes" I was given a sugar coated answer like a politician would give. " Well they're caught in the gulf and frozen before they're shipped." So they're frozen then?! Inedible. So I paid 20 bucks for a glamourized bowl of grits.
Great Porkchop and my wife loved the Scallops
I recommend the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer. so fresh and delicious...and the salmon dinner over grits and spinach.... . will go back to eat before I leave. 5☆☆☆☆☆
Incredible food! makes you feel.like you're in NOLA. Shrimp and grits, Etoufee, baguettes. Good Mimosas and Bloody Marys. Arrive early and get on wait.
Wonderful treat! But it was full and noisy. Great variety of foods.
