Good coffee. I like the Apache, half sweet. I Was on my way to dallas and stopped by to grab some coffee. This is a cool place, nice design and there is a spa hi in the roof of this coffee shop.
Huey's was a great choice for breakfast. It's easy to find; who can't see a helicopter on the roof?! The coffee was strong and hot, and the breakfast burrito and croissant were fabulous. We'll definitely stop again when we're in the area.
The coffee is not very gormet, so it is a high pricepoint for what you get. Not many options in the area so it is one of the best. That being said the food was suprisingly good. The atmosphere was really nice with plenty of differentiated seating which allows for a lot of different group sizes. I hope they continue to up their quality of coffee and offer single origin espresso and high end drinks. I believe it is veteran owned.
