Todd and Melissa have done a cash-out refi loan and a subsequent refi loan to take advantage of lower interest rate…they are easy to work with, have a streamlined process for getting the loans to the finish line and explain all the details thoroughly. It was a much easier process than I ever experienced with the “big box” lenders! Don’t think twice about using Todd for your home mortgage needs!!
