Amazing paella!!!! Real valencian one. After many years in Miami I've finally found a good valencian chef that makes paellas tasting as good as if you were in Spain. Perfect for reunions and gatherings, he comes to your place and cooks for everyone so you can experience the whole process and maybe learn how to do it too. :)
Authentic valencian Paella! We really enjoy it, it was delicious and tasty. It was an amazing day, Enrique was cooking the Paella and in the meaning time he was giving to us a great tips to how to cook a real Paella! He is very nice to have around. I very recommend this Paella, authentic valencian paella at the end in Miami! Thank you so much Enrique!
