I thought I was going to a good dentist until I started having problems with teeth over and over again. I could type for an hour on a few things that led to me leaving. The short answer is that the cleanings were poor, which led me to think i was getting gum disease. Went to new dentist and now have no gum problems at all. My wife had a crown done, and it has a hole in it not long later. It was apparently ground too thin to not touch the tooth on the bottom and then gave way at some point. I have spent thousands here to get teeth fixed. I recently moved and my new dentist was appalled at the work that was done. Spots on my teeth that I was told were not cavities began to spread to other teeth and new dentist confirmed they are cavities. This dentist seems to try to recommend things that they will get paid the most money for, but thankfully the hygentist stopped him before he did a procedure costing 1100, versus the 200 one she recommended. Lets just say that what you see on the surface, is not always what is going on. Go in for an appointment, leave with it half complete. Never followed up on how I was doing, never even setup a reschedule. Visited in the winter and the office was cold, had several blankets to try to keep me warm. I could go on and on. I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. few of my questions were answered, little was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry abo... read more

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here.
