This lawfirm Failed my brother. They made our family struggle to pay them. Only to lose miserably. They treat our struggles and pain as though it’s something to laugh about. It’s been a disgraceful and disappointing experience. I blame our family for not reading the reviews before paying them. I hope this review helps whoever is reading it. We went to the court room and they did no defending/defense, they just sat there.
I hired them to represent me on a Marion and Hancock Co. Case. I received 3 updates over the course of a 14 months with no resolution on the Marion Co. case. The sent a brand new attorney to my Hancock Co. hearing. It was a second DUI so I realized jail time was unavoidable. However, this is a close knit community and the prosecutor rolled his eye at the new face. I received a sentence 3x longer than the other case where the defendants had multiple DUIs. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ! gave them a $3,000 RETAINER fee + a $350 first month payment & they did NOTHING for my fiance. couldn’t even get a parcial refund, ended up switching to MUÑOZ LEGAL (5 min away & WAY better staff) all oscar cares about is money, they’re receptionists are terrible too, they don’t help at ALL! save your money & go elsewhere
