Professional and warm environment. All staff encountered were knowledgeable, kind and professional. The office was very clean and nicely arranged.
Better explanation of insurance coverage/deductable. I went in thinking I was going to pay a certain amount then had to pay more after the visit. The additional charges should have been explained before the procedure, not afterwards.
