At the end of the day it all comes down to customer service. Brett and his team have been great. My husband and I have been treated well and with respect. During their busiest time we were able to recieve special attention from Brett concerning a letter we recieved a few weeks after preparing our taxes from the IRS. Natalie (their receptionist) handles high pressure situations well and is very personable. I am not the kindest person when upset, so I appreciate the extra care taken in my situation.
