We were there for the holidays. Our bartender/server Stephanie was awesome. The food was spot on ( fresh fish, local oysters, she crab soup). We sat in the bar area and have sat out on the deck/patio when it was warmer. Great place and highly recommended.

If you want to eat freshly harvested/caught local sea food, this is the place. It is by the water and you smell the ocean to put you in the sea food eating mood. Bling bling shrimp was out of this world. I certainly recommend it as an appetizer. My wife and younger daughter shared the seafood pasta. They not only loved the mushroom masala sauce in the pasta but they were both filled up with the nice size serving they shared. My teenage son and older daughter shared the Neptune's Seafood platter. Great food and local flavor. Oyster heaven if you’re an oyster fan, but the shrimp and grits are awesome! Good food at a good price brings me back every time.. and if I had room for dessert I would have tried one.. they sounded great and are made on premises.

Very good traditional seafood. Decor is dated but consistent with age. Very good blackened mahi-mahi and great hush puppies. We were there for 4th of July and stayed for fireworks. Great day!

We went to Hudsons while on vacation to HHI. We got there right when it opened and were seated right away. The best part of the meal in my opinion? The hush puppies!!! They were Ahhmazing! I had the seafood pasta and it was very good as well . Huge / fresh shrimp. Kids (1 & 3) loved sitting by the window looking out to the boats.

Had a great meal there March 2013. Sat outside which was a bit chilly, but the band and sunset made it worthwhile. She crab and gumbo to start were both great. Shrimp and grits outstanding and filled my need for some good low country cuisine since coming from the north. Really the only negative was a wobbly high top. Good attentive service.

Family friendly, super staff and awesome hush puppies! There are great water views and a casual comfortable atmosphere. We visit Hilton Head every year and we always go to Hudson's, every time. Stacy was super fun and helpful on our last visit. She took VERY good care of us :)

Enjoyed lunch so much while waiting to go out on shrimp boat that we came back for dinner. Try to eat outside. Ate lunch at bar with super cool bartender. Server at dinner was excellent. My son had flounder which was fried, whole fish just missing head which was the best meal on the table although we all loved our shrimp, scallops, etc.. Desert was a treat also.

We were there last July & it was a very nice way of capping off our Hilton Head experience! Great food & ambiance!
