Our family has been coming down to HHI for three generations now and we visit Hudson's at least twice every visit. Hudson's is by far our favorite seafood restaurant on HHI! They also have the world's best Hush Puppies!
Awesome service. Great atmosphere outside. Shrimp boat was cool to look at. The server that was an intern from Pittsburg was very nice and a great server. Very fresh tomatoes in the Caprissi
You must try a dessert. I had the key lime pie, which was unique in its tartness and lighter sweetness. We were told the woman that makes all of the desserts had been doing so at Hudson's for over 28 years! So far my favorite for key lime pie on the island!
Try the Maryland crab cakes - best crab cakes I have had on this island and anywhere else! Full of Crab and not bell pepper or bread crumbs, exactly how a crab cake should be! The hush puppies are also the best you will ever try - not greasy and just the right amount of sweetness.

Love it. Wish I owned it. Lol. Fun atmosphere, great wait staff, fresh, local oysters and a terrific menu....all with a view from the oyster bar or the outdoor patio (which we prefer to sit).
Greatest hush puppies on the planet! And always plentiful on the free baskets. They will even give you some to take home after! The wait staff and always pleasant hostesses make Hudson's one of our favorite spots on the island. You can't go wrong with this restaurant!!!! So many fresh dishes and always delicious.
I visited Hudson`s this year as I have in the past and this was my BEST experience! My waitress STACY was amazing! The food was terrific and the band outside was very good. I will keep coming back each year!
"Really enjoyed our evening at Hudson's! We had a great server, Sarah, who was friendly and really made feel at home. A shrimp boat came in while we were dining outside and Sarah talked to us about the boats. It was like having dinner and a show! We will definitely come back to Hudson's. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was perfect."
