Hudson's is our home away from home. There is something for everybody on the menu and the wait staff is very friendly (they actually "fight" over who will wait on us). Try the Long Islands.

My husband and I were recently married and had our wedding catered by Hudson's. We worked with Paula, who we cannot praise highly enough! Paula is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and organized. My husband is out of town. I work 50 hours a week. We have five children, ranging in age from 8 - 16. Last night, as I left work, I was exhausted. My 16 year old was at a workout.
