Very pleasant staff !! Our saleswoman, Milani Cardona was awesome , friendly and very knowledgeable enjoyed the buying experience
Nobody likes having to put money into their car for repairs but the staff was attentive and friendly. They helped to make the best out of a bad situation. I'll gladly take my car back to them.
I am so thankful to Hudson Valley VW for going above and beyond to fix my 2008 Jetta, they truly took excellent care of me and my car. Special thanks to Will in the service dept and Pat the tech who worked on my car!
"the scandal wasnt such a big deal, I mean no one died" When you're a sales person and try to sling that garbage to someone trying to buy a vehicle with attitude while being pushy and condescending, it puts your entire perspective back down another ten notches after already being weary on buying a VW again in the first place. Then you call the original sales person with ZERO response, then contact a manager and ZERO response. Worst customer service I've had not at only a VW dealership but any dealership.
Ted Grady is the most awesome, honest and upfront sales guy I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He has the best "car-side" manner I have ever experienced. I'm happily picking up my new vehicle later on today.
