I’ve been dealing with this dealership for years I bought a few cars from them always seem to help me out yesterday. I tried selling my car to them then I found out that Romeo and Kingston would give me more money to buy my car. I asked Volkswagen there in Wappingers if they want to buy it for $400 more they let repeating customer go for $400 now I have to drive all the way to Kingston to send it to Romeo. I had a great experience they made it super easy and I had my car right away Eric was so nice kept me informed at all times from Saturday to Tuesday my pick up day highly recommend him.
Overall reasonably smooth process. Disappointed that the ultimate purchase price increased from my initial quote several days before due to the threat of car tariffs. Hopefully the prepaid maintenance cost is worthwhile. UPDATE---knocking this down from 4-starts to 3-stars. Got home with the car and realized the salesperson only used two screws to mount the back license plate (which takes four screws) and used a rusty screw to mount the front plate. Also left a loose mounting screw in the console. May seem like a small thing... read more
