Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to make sure the car I was interested in was still available, and the salesperson confirmed that it was. I purchased an amazing EV--a 2021 ID.4--at Hudson Valley VW in July of last year. Today I brought the vehicle in for its 30K inspection service. What a wonderful group of folks works here! In particular, Kenny Goldsmith in the service dept made me feel like family immediately.
