I has an exceptional experience at Lenox in New City NY for my recent MRI. From the moment I walked in the entire process was efficient and calming. The technologist was outstanding, kind and patient. The staff is professional, caring, and values the patient's experience.
This place is a joke. The website says they close at 9:30pm but my father arrived at 4:30pm yesterday. He was told by the front desk that X-rays finish at 4:30 and that he should come back the next day before 4:30z today he gets there at 4:04 and was told "actually we take the last patient at 4:00pm". There was no understanding or accountability for their miscommunication. Maybe because of the weather they wanted to get home early I am not sure
