New Windsor location- Very unprofessional- after a five hour wait while they tried to fix a billing issue on their end they told my daughter they could no longer see her. While we waited they reassured us that once fixed they would fit her in. Instead they let us know they only had two technicians available and other hour long patients and would not be able to fit her in! Five hours to fix THEIR error and my daughter was not seen!!!! GO ELSEWHERE - Terrible Business!!!!

First mammogram experience was made much more comfortable thanks to the employees at Hudson Valley Imaging in Monroe. Truly appreciated Kimberly’s taking her time to explain everything and helping make me feel more comfortable about the process.
I had an appointment for a cat scan at the Monroe office, I was greeted very nicely by the front desk personnel , after that tech named Rebecca came to get me for my test. While I agree with other posters that the office is professionally run, I am not sure who they are defining as providers of care. If they mean physicians, they should be more specific. Regarding my wife’s care, it is certainly misleading to the referring gastroenterologist when Dr. Patil misses a diagnosis clearly visible on a correctly done test at NYU. Whether the problem is equipment or technique related, I cannot say, but if imaging is your game I suggest you up it.
I have been a patient of Hudson Valley imaging for years, and find that the staff is professional and very caring. The quality of care and concern you receive from the technicians is very sincere. I would recommend anyone looking for a good service provider to call them. They are a large enough business to accommodate, but professional enough to focus just on you. They have office in different cities through the county which also helps.
