After I spent several minutes filling out two forms with redundant information, I then had to answer those same questions AGAIN as the receptionist asked me well within hearing of other patients — doesn’t that violate HIPPA? I also think the MRI tech could have done better. Very pleasant, professional and great experience
I was there today for an MRI hip anthrogram. I've been there before for other procedures. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating. They certainly have a wonderful way about treating their patients! Thank you!
I was in out very nice wonderful ppl that work there I had a mammogram/Ultrasound done technician was very good at what she does!!
They insisted on billing me as a primary care status even though I told them that was not correct because it caused me to pay a copay. My insurance covers diagnostic testing with no copay. They told me if I did not pay I could not have my test. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I can not afford to pay out unnecessary charges. My insurance company called them and I have called them and they will not give me my money back. Beware seniors they prey upon us because they do not think we will notice. Went in for ct scan and was in and out within a half hour! Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
