Kim and Dave were absolutely amazing. When viewing the properties, they would point out structural flaws, or anything that seemed like it may cause a problem in the future. Kim was wonderful to work with we met her initially at an open house when my mom just started looking to purchase a home. After that she took us to see several houses until my mom found one that she loved. She was very patient and kind. She addressed all questions and was honest. She was flexible with time and a caring person. She made the process of buying the home very smooth. I would recommend her to others.

Kim and her husband showed my daughter and I multiple homes. She is very knowledgeable and caring. It felt like she was buying the home herself and pointed out many things that we are to be aware of when looking for a home. She and her husband Dave were very caring and made sure we understood what it takes to purchase and keep up home ownership. You can't help but loving these 2 people.

I contacted Kim back in 2020 but between the pandemic and other family related matters, it wasn’t the right time. Kim stayed in touch throughout and we finally made it happen in 2022. My house closed on7/8/22. Kim T. O'Neil was the listing agent who helped sell my single family house in grahamsville ny. I recommend Kim because she had my best interest and kim is very knowlegeable on real estate. She is pleasant , i like her positive attitute, has great advise.
