Dr. Hune was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. The office staff was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Office is small but clean and easy to access. Dr. Hune's nurse was kind and I didn't feel rushed. All options including services not included by insurance were discussed ahead of time. Was able to get a new patient appointment very quickly and office manager emailed me very quickly.
Dr. Hune is wonderful! Very pleasant, explained everything thoroughly, and was extremely compassionate. His nurse was also very kind and friendly. They got me in quickly and took care of my problem that same day. I have been a patient of HVFA in Kingston and now work in the Albany area and am thrilled that they are here!
