July 31, 2025.This place doesnt even deserve quarter of a star. 6 months in from a Brand new 2025 outback. You relay the issues on your vehicle. They flat out tell you its not an issue and gives you a rolodex of excuses! I also bought 6 years plan of oil change while I have this vehicle. So lets see if they improve in six months time. Oh by the way they wont provide loaners.. just because!!!
I have been coming to Hudson Subaru for service for a few years and they have always been great to deal with. Dave Chow is the advisor that I normally see when I take my cars in for service and he is top notch. He always provides excellent service.
Great experience at this place. David is a class act - knowledgeable and helpful.
Such reliable and friendly service. The team here really takes care of loyal customers and the work is always done exceptionally well. David is the best!
