Called Hudson Subaru due to a random noise. I was able to book a same day appointment, get my issue diagnosed and fixed within 2ish hours. David Chow went above and beyond and got me an incredible deal on the repair. The entire process from start to finish was very smooth and efficient, and the work is quality! A big thank you to Jonathan Rios for your help this week! My car’s check engine light had come on twice in the last two months since purchasing from a different dealership. The dealership had informed me they couldn’t fix it and that my Subaru warranty had expired. Jonathan looked into it while my car was being serviced and turns out my Subaru warranty was still active, so they fixed it for free and also ran a full vehicle checkup. Very grateful and would absolutely come back here!
