Trash just like the rest of this country. They lie, make up fake reasons to deny your benefits, and then don't answer the phone ever
I have had 7 case workers and still have had the worst service with all of them.someone needs to audit this place .I drives you crazy I'm raising my grandson and need a little help doing so they lose my paper work every time and acted like I did it
This place is horrible. Never answer the phone phone and the women are ignorant and rude. They are not there to help anyone. They are ex welfare recipients who think they are all that because they hot a job.
Can in for WIC assistance as unfortunately I could use some help. The guard asked me what I was looking for and I said WIC, he then asked me why. Going in for assistance is embarrassing for a lot of people including myself. I almost left just after that. Needs to be way more welcoming.
