Charged me a $250 fee for having my electricity start the day after my lease date even though that’s when I moved in. Refused to lower or refund the fee when asked. Ridiculous policy to extort money out of tenants I take it all back. Building apologized and refunded the $250. Great service, I love this building so much!
Beware of dodgy management. They stole my bike (cut the lock from the designated bike storage cage) and “donated” it. My bike was registered with them, but they apparently “lost the records” and requested everyone to re register. I might add that the bike storage cage was pressure washed the week prior, so every single bike was removed (either voluntarily by residents or forcibly by management), but they waited until people returned their bikes (knowing full well that these would now definitely belong to residents) to cut lo... read more
The place needs to be cleaner.

For reference, I lived here for 3 years. Since new management has come in, things have gone dramatically down hill. Unless you want to live in a 14 story walk-up apartment, I advise steering clear of here. You will not find worse elevators in Hoboken, one if not both are constantly broken and under repair. Genuinely the worst "managed building" you will find in town. Property managers could not care less about tenants, they will try to hit you with every possible fee under the sun when you leave.
