Having lived in a few places in Hoboken, I can say this was a really nice place to live. What they promised upfront was very much what they delivered. The location is great, and I had close to zero maintenance requests the entire time I lived here, which honestly says a lot. The leasing staff was helpful, and they offered solid incentives when signing, which I appreciated. The only small downside was some inconsistency with the concierge experience. Muy buena experiencia
I live in a neighbouring Ironstate property and wanted to warn people about dodgy and unfriendly management. The company are spiteful and the ladies who work in the management office over at 333 River St are stale and need an attitude check. Editing to add - saw on social media recently that sewerage (brown sludge with floaters) flowed up into a tenant’s bathtub!!!! It was SO foul! The tenant then supposedly asked management to use a shower in a vacant apartment while the situation was rectified, but they refused and had to ... read more
