Erik answered my call right away, then stayed in good contact with me leading up to his on-site repair job. He and his assistant were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and had good communication with my wife and I about our repair and were very careful while working on the system. It now works perfectly. 11/10 would recommend.
Not only did they install a new unit they also did the duct work on-site. Their service after the sale is excellent too. Dead even helped me over the phone troubleshoot another unit in our old home which resulted in me being able to fix it.
I highly recommend Hudson. Anytime I call about my swamp cooler they are very quick about whatever I need done and fixing the problem
Friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Great personal - Helpful and always on time for all my Clients and Customers
