I am very disappointed with the service I received from Hudson. My AC unit needed repairs back in October, and they came out to take a look. They stated they needed to order parts. After several calls they came backed and removed the blower. I was told I would receive a call with a timeline and a price for the repairs, but no one ever followed up. Amazing Customer Service, Eric is totally professional and very nice. Came out the same day I called to make sure me and my dog stayed warm as the cold temperatures started coming in, reasonable Service call pricing 100% recommended
