Maria is reliable and neighbors are nice and kind. Although the apt itself was old and it was hard for me at the first time and first winter(heater did not work well even after replaced, I needed purchase small heater by myself), I lived there happily thanks to people around the apt. It looks wiser for me to give up this apartment...........................................I don't have bravery to communicate them about broken heater any more.........................I almost used up my energy. It is replaced, but doesn't work again. The time send email was actually at night. The Email I received next morning just said "please call emargency after business hours." . . . . That's it. I initially gave this apartment a good review, but 1 month after moving in cockroaches appeared. They tried to blame it on me saying I brought them in. I found out from the exterminator that the unit next to me has cockroaches infestation and that was the source. It’s been 4 months now since this issue. I have found cockroaches on my bed, on food, dishes, clothes. I gave them access for extermination multiple times. I asked for other unit and other options but they kept stalling me.
