It looks wiser for me to give up this apartment...........................................I don't have bravery to communicate them about broken heater any more.........................I almost used up my energy. It is replaced, but doesn't work again. The time send email was actually at night. The Email I received next morning just said "please call emargency after business hours." . . . . That's it. I initially gave this apartment a good review, but 1 month after moving in cockroaches appeared. They tried to blame it on me saying I brought them in. I found out from the exterminator that the unit next to me has cockroaches infestation and that was the source. It’s been 4 months now since this issue. I have found cockroaches on my bed, on food, dishes, clothes. I gave them access for extermination multiple times. I asked for other unit and other options but they kept stalling me. I recently moved from hudson ridge and let me just say its a great place to live. Maria is hands down the best! She's welcoming, honest and reliable. She addresses all concerns in a timely manner. The community is safe and quiet. Its diverse, family oriented and dog friendly. The buildings always stayed well maintained.
