Maria is reliable and neighbors are nice and kind. Although the apt itself was old and it was hard for me at the first time and first winter(heater did not work well even after replaced, I needed purchase small heater by myself), I lived there happily thanks to people around the apt. It looks wiser for me to give up this apartment...........................................I don't have bravery to communicate them about broken heater any more.........................I almost used up my energy. It is replaced, but doesn't work again. The time send email was actually at night. The Email I received next morning just said "please call emargency after business hours." . . . . That's it. I caught a cold at that moment. If they received the email from tenants out of business hours, the landord can work the busine... read more
