We recently worked with Halstead/Hudson Realty Group for both the purchase of a new home and the sale of our current home. Matt Brown, Kim Sullivan-Beier, and Lindsey Brown are an amazing team who helped us navigate both transactions, going well above and beyond what I would expect from typical real estate agents to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. They were able to help us organize simultaneous closings in a very short time frame, and were extremely proactive and responsive. Highly recommend.
Bitterly disappointed with Hudson Reality. Having agreed to purchase with them and successfully won the bid at best and final, we engaged attorneys and merrily moved forward. The deal was shut down via email without the courtesy of conversation, excuse or any consultation, with a better offer arriving unannounced through the backdoor it seems.
