I would give zero stars if I could. I am an owner and they are renting out my property to new tenants, 3 months after the new tenants have already moved in, I realized that Hudson have not sent me any rent or rental deposit, while this entire time the tenant has been paying them. I emailed the agent, got no replies, called their office and it goes straight to an answering machine. These guys are an absolute fraud and I need to commence legal proceedings if I still do not hear from them. I honestly would not entrust my proper... read more
Update: management has communicated that the call box will be fixed and has upgraded the system to something better than was was previously installed which is what caused the delay. Once installed they informed us that it was ready to use. I’ll have to update from 1/5 to 4/5 I’m renting a unit directly from someone who owns property here and the property management has been nonexistent.
